How much does dog walking cost with Pawsome Walks?

About Me

Hi, I'm a young
dog lover on a
mission.

I'm 16 years old and I'm turning my passion for dogs into my first business — Pawsome Walks. Growing up with dogs my whole life, I know how important it is for pups to get outside, explore, and burn off energy every single day.

I have two Border Collies of my own: Nelson, my 13-year-old blue merle who has taught me everything about patience and loyalty, and Archie, my energetic 3-year-old who reminds me every day why dogs are the best creatures on the planet.

Starting Pawsome Walks is my way of sharing that love with other dogs and their families in the Torquay area. Every walk gets a photo update, and I'll always treat your pup with the same care I give Nelson and Archie.

As we cover a few different areas across Torquay, Armstrong Creek, Jan Juc and Bellarine, different locations are looked after by different walkers — but every single one shares the same love for dogs and the Pawsome Walks standard you can count on.

Pawsome Walks — Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive a reply from Pawsome Walks. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a booking.

2. Payment
Payment is due on the day of the walk. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a walk. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

4. Your Dog's Health & Behaviour
By booking, you confirm that your dog is up to date with vaccinations, flea and tick treatment, and is safe to be walked by a single handler. You must disclose any known behavioural issues, injuries, or medical conditions prior to the first walk.

5. Liability
Pawsome Walks takes all reasonable care of your dog during each walk. However, Pawsome Walks cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that occurs during a walk, including incidents involving other animals or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Emergency Vet Care
In the event of a veterinary emergency, Pawsome Walks will attempt to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, reasonable emergency care may be sought at your expense.

7. Photos & Social Media
Walk photos may be shared on the Pawsome Walks Instagram (@pawsome___walks) unless you request otherwise at the time of booking.

8. Service Area
Pawsome Walks currently operates in Torquay, Jan Juc, Armstrong Creek, and Bellarine. Bookings outside this area will not be accepted.

9. Right to Refuse Service
Pawsome Walks reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog poses a safety risk to the walker or others.

10. About Your Walker
Pawsome Walks is operated by a 16-year-old, as part of a partnership, who is passionate about dogs and committed to providing the best possible care for your pup. Please be aware that this is a small independent business — there is currently no ABN registered and no business insurance of any kind in place. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure your dog's safety and wellbeing on every walk, you are booking with the understanding that these protections do not exist. If this is a concern, we encourage you to make an informed decision before booking.
